Not In A Blogging State Of Mind

I just have not felt like blogging the last couple of days. So following is a list of little things I've been pondering/questioning lately.

  • The hair on the upper right side of my head has been hurting lately when I wake up. It must be the way I have my head and pillows situated but WTF? And yes I meant to say my hair hurts in the morning. Women with long hair understand what I'm talking about.

  • Close your damned mouth when you have the hiccups. Nobody likes attention whores.

  • If the light is green and you're making a legal right turn, why do you insist on coming to a complete stop before you make your turn? Yeah asshole, green means go.

  • Why does the media feel the need to analyze Pres. Bush's song choices? I don't have a problem with him listening to 'My Sharona' so why do they? From a major music magazine editor,
One of that song's lyrics, "Such a dirty mind. Always get it up for the touch of the younger kind," prompted Spin magazine editor Dave Itzkoff to comment: "This wouldn't be consistent with Bush's image as protector of conservative values."
Just because you don't like him doesn't make him a laying-in-wait child predator. Get over yourself already.

  • If you say you're going to do something do it. If you say you're going to be somewhere at a certain time be there. If you say you're going to call then call. You may think you're more important than everybody else but you come across as a selfish ass when you pull crap like that.

  • When you're at work do your work. Don't have others do it for you because you're lazy. You should just quit instead and let your company hire somebody that actually wants your job.

  • I feel better now. I guess I was in a blogging state of mind after all. LOL

    Take care all.

Sorry you don't feel in the blogging mood, I know how you feel. My problem is, I just need to write, not try to be perfect, clever, or turn it into some big deal. I just need to habitualize it. You seem to have that idea down pretty well, so don't knock yourself, (you're doing better than me).

"Why does the media feel the need to analyze Pres. Bush's song choices?"

I dislike the guy and his politics, but I think the whole playlist thing is pretty stupid. It's a very petty thing to nit-pick on, and the analysis is a bit of a stretch. I guess it was a slow news day, or something.

LOL..ok...I've been blogging instead of working today. I'm going home per ESSF's instructions. Sorry ma'am!!

LOL...I agree with all of the above (well, except this one when it pertains to me!)

sounds like you have lots to blog about down there. You know I think blogging is theraputic, you get to vent. It's your blog if someone doesn't like it Eff'em, they can go somewhere else on the internets.

I myself have had to make time to get my stuff up on my site lately with work and other schedules.

Also thanks for the IM add. Do you mind if I post a link from my site to yours?

Thanks for the comments guys. I think my problem the last couple of days is that I'm just not sleeping very good. I keep waking up over and over in the middle of the night. I plan on going to bed early tonight so hopefully I'll be at least halfway rested tomorrow.

And Shumpy, yes you most certainly link to my site.

A friend told me to use a satin pillowcase to eliminate hair woes... I guess there isn't as much friction so you won't wake up in pain. It worked for me.

    Have a better day!
